Think: during a demanding season that is not over yet · when repeated pressure is beginning to wear you down · when you feel emotionally depleted but still have things ahead of you · when you need to gather yourself for the next part.
Apply to the lower back, knees and hands.
Use it as a deliberate pause when you feel worn down, giving yourself a moment to regroup before continuing.

This blend contains essential oils that may include known allergens such as eucalyptol, camphor and rosmarinic acid. These compounds may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, particularly those with sensitivities to herbal or respiratory-related plants.
Though present in low concentrations, we recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Resilient Energy may interact with sedatives, antidepressants, and blood pressure medications due to eucalyptol, which can enhance sedative effects and lower blood pressure. Camphor may increase bleeding risk when combined with anticoagulants and affect liver metabolism of certain drugs. Rosmarinic acid can enhance the effects of blood sugar-lowering medications, potentially lowering blood sugar too much.
The risk is minimal given the low concentrations. However, if you are on medication or have concerns, it’s always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional.
