January 2, 2021 - Skin Rescue - An amazing product to keep in your handbag. My granddaughter stepped on Stinging Nettle which was very painful. The skin on her feet formed welts. A couple of drops rubbed onto the skin not only took the pain away instantly but also the welts. I have since used it on scraped knees, cuts and insect bites. My grandchildren know where to find rescue fast .....in my handbag.
I am currently using the Fontis Skincare Range, the Baobab Powder and the Adrenal Tea. Denise's products have fantastic results for the skin and in the body. Highly recommend them.

- I ordered my first packet of this tea. I literally just stand and smell the tea, the aroma of the dry tea is absolutely devine.
A warm cuppa before bed gently quietens the mind and calms the autonomic nervous system. You can add honey for a bit of sweetness.
A firm favourite during these hot summer days is making a refreshing iced tea and mixing a small amount of my favourite Forest Cordial Concentrate to it (Checkers). Keeps me calm and refreshed throughout the day. Highly recommend this tea.
