‘I had a wonderful experience at Denise Bierman’s Scent and Self Fragrance blending workshop. I arrived feeling anxious and, quite honestly, sad. (I thought I might embarrass myself by bursting into tears when Denise asked us at the beginning of the session to write down how we felt ‘right here and right now’).
However, what was so remarkable to me was that with the passing around of the first set of essential oils , the ‘Anchor’ oils was the absolute visceral effect the one had on me. As I inhaled it and then exhaled, my whole body-being reacted. Gone was the sadness, slipped away was the anxiety, in that moment, it was if my body and brain decided to set something free.
